With both an iOS and Android beta online, we currently serve wine enthusiasts from over 50 countries and counting. Backed by 30+ top-notch VCs and angel investors globally, we are building a sprawling data network through our social media platform to disrupt and nourish the ancient and massive $370B global wine industry.

The Role
We’re looking for passionate Product Designers (UI/UX Design) with 3-5 years of experience in designing cutting edge mobile applications to help us make fun & highly interactive social network around wine appreciation at Redsip! You’ll create inspiring design experiences that impact users globally and the intuitive experience you’d create will help wine lovers discover, learn, interact, and memorize wine experiences with friends. You should be an excellent communicator, self-starter, fast learner, and collaborative enthusiast.

What You’ll Do As a Product UI/UX Designer:
– Design Products – systematically, interactively, visually – in the pixels
– Using software to create sketches, wireframes, and storyboards for prototyping and mocking up graphical user interfaces and user experience
– Developing solutions, strategies, and product requirements, working with and managing feedback from multiple stakeholders
– Partnering with engineering in implementation and QA

What We’re Looking For:
– Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline in the area of Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Digital Design, Cognitive Science, or equivalent subjects.
– Can deliver a simple and intuitive experience
– Strong product thinking and understanding of tactical design
– Experience in taking designs from execution to implementation
– Ability to design and iterate based off of qualitative and quantitative insights
– Strong Experience in mobile application design and deep knowledge in iterative user-centered design theory, methodologies, current trend, and best practices
– Strong product thinking and understanding of tactical design
