SiPass is a virtual voucher that can be redeemed and collected or used to receive products or services when presented in person at the participating venue of Redsip supporting establishment, vendors, or occasions.
Redemption is subject to these Terms and Conditions; and terms and conditions as may be displayed on Redsip, and at or imposed by participating venue of Redsip supporting establishment, vendors, or occasions; all of which is subject to amendments without prior notice.
- Redemption of SipPass shall be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- SiPass can only be redeemed by a person who is of legal drinking age and Redemption of SipPass shall be deemed to be a confirmation that you are of legal drinking age.
- SiPass is only valid for 90 days from issuance.
- Only one SiPass can be used on F&B partner outlets per day; only one SiPass can be used on retail merchant per redemption period. (Redemption Period is usually from the first day to the last of each month unless stated otherwise by Merchant.)
- SiPass excludes any delivery costs, gratuity and service charges.
- SiPass is not to be used with any other offer or discount.
- SiPass cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item or services in part or full.
- SiPass cannot be sold or ( at present) transferred.
- SiPass is subject to availability on redemption.
